Complete hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems installed,
including power units and valve stations.

Piping is carried out to a high standard ensuring trouble free operation.

Ovalway are experienced in installing, carbon, steel, stainless steel and tungum pipework.

Welding is carried out by our class 1 coded welders.

Where practical bend are used in place of elbows.

Our hydraulic bender is able to form pipes up to 4" in diameter.

All pipework is flushed using our flushing rigs until the required
contamination level is reached. Each flushing leg is fully documented.

By using the Hydac Fluid Control Unit we are able to determine the
contamination level and provide a print out, thus reducing the flushing
period.

All installation pipework is tested 11/2 times the system pressure.

Test certificates are provided.

Painting is carried out in accordance with customers requirements.

Pipework applications for hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, high pressure water, steam, gas.

Process pipework being of small or large bore, pipe manifolds can
be manufactured in accordance with customers specification.

Service and process pipework fabricated and installed to the company's high standards.

Pipework fabricated using carbon steel or stainless steel.

Quality assurance.

All site work is monitored in accordance with our quality procedures
which have been assessed as meeting the requirements if ISO9001.
